Manufacturing and Supplier Management

 

ISC staff ran sourcing, quality control, and logistics for multiple product rollouts into a leading US retailer on behalf of a major paper goods company. This work entailed identifying appropriate factories in Asia, visiting these facilities to assess capabilities, setting up supply chains, ensuring retailer quality control, labeling, and delivery specifications were met, and meeting major holiday deadlines. The products were successfully launched and the campaign is ongoing.


Packaging, Shipping, and Logistics

 

In the crux of the pandemic, one of the largest US banks was unable to procure sanitary products to keep essential facilities operational and employees healthy. The usual supply chains had failed and the big names in the industry were unable to deliver on preexisting contracts. ISC quickly sourced and delivered alcohol wipes, masks, and other key items to the client at a pivotal moment.


Retail Rollouts and Partnership Management

 

ISC knows how to set up and manage working relationships with mass-market retailers and enterprise customers. Every customer has different shipping, reporting, and quality control requirements. ISC has worked extensively with companies selling to national retailers to address compliance with internal systems, processes, and procedures.


Business Continuity

 

To survive a major disruption, a company must protect its ability to deliver key products and services at a minimally acceptable level. ISC helped a Silicon Valley software company overcome a rapidly shifting regulatory environment to reopen its headquarters after the pandemic and bring key employees back to work safely and comfortably. This process included developing a training program for returning workers and a playbook for management to handle unexpected challenges.


Cyber Resiliency and Crisis Management

 

ISC helped a privately-held apparel manufacturer develop a bespoke resiliency program after management became concerned about cybersecurity close calls. The client was new to resilience across the board and an effective, holistic program was needed. We developed a comprehensive cybersecurity playbook, as well as robust business continuity and crisis management plans. We then held tabletop exercises, workshops, and trainings to educate both leaders and line employees on their role in protecting against and responding to threats.
